Okay:

Bailey: why do the writers hate her so much this season. she was the one strong character! like you need to have one and they are like killing her

Derek: thank god he and mer broke up. he needs to start fresh with some one else. some one meaning rose

Richard: nothing really to say

Erica: she needs to get over her macho-ness and stop being such an ass to other people. i like the friendship she has with callie cause after addison left callie was kinda left in the dark cause she didnt really fit in with everyone else.

Callie: i think she and george may try to make things work. Callie longs to belong to a family and she loves georges family. i really hope they do councling

Izzie: needs to learn when to stop talking

George: I hope he and lexi get a place together. it will be good for both of them. they are both interns and the whole living with the residents prob isnt working out to well

Lexi: Alex hurt her when she found out about ava. so shes hurt. i think its funny she didnt tell mer she was allergic to eggs. it shows that she really wants things to work out with her and her sister

Mer: She says she wants all these things but she's not willing to give anything. I can see where this would be scary for her cause she doesnt know what shes getting into and derek has already had a taste of the married life. hes been there done that yadda yadda. Mer needs to stop living in her fantasy world and step into reality.

Mark: Loving the derek and mark friends ship. no that addisons gone you can really see that they were really close. I really want to see mark with Callie or Hahn but than again i dont. becaue if erica gets with sloan callies kinda left out again and vice versa

Christina: Loved how she gave up her spot in surgery to hold tucks hand. shows that shes not really a robot
